"- In massage, I specialize in Swedish/deep tissue with warm stones. I combine my knowledge utilizing years of classes in My official Release,Positional Therapy for trigger points, and Bodytalk in my practice.(www.bodytalksystem.com) Coming up with a treatment plan that's unique for the individual’s personal needs. I also love giving Facial Massages using warm towels and wholesome facial cleansers. I went to the Belavi Institute in Virginia where I learned this technique to rejuvenate sagging, aging skin. With the facial, I give a lot of neck and shoulder massage; which everybody can use. This is one of the most relaxing treatments available and great

for gift certificates. I transitioned from nurse to massage therapist because I believe

massage promotes such a healthy lifestyle and leads to improved circulation, detoxification, and relaxation of the mind, body and spirit."
